The Young Mashadi Jewish Center would like to welcome Rabbi Joshua Maroof this Shabbat, August 16-17. Rabbi Maroof is a native Long Islander who has been the Rabbi of Magen David Sephardic Congregation in Rockville, MD for the past eight years. Rabbi Maroof received his BA in Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook and an MA in Educational Psychology from CUNY. Rabbi Maroof has authored many essays/papers addressing the fundamental issues related to Judaism and maintains four online blogs, including a Dafi Yomi class.
