Mashadi Community Scholar in Residence-Rabbi David Toledano – Shabbat, Aug 3

Please join us as we host Rabbi David Toledano on Shabbat, August 3rd. Rabbi Toledano hails from a tradition of Toledano family Rabbis spanning 800 years. He was born in Israel and attended the illustrious Ponovitz Yeshiva in Bnei Brak , under the late Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Menachem Man Shach. Rabbi Toledano subsequently attended the Hari Fishel Rabbinical School and received hissemicha from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel. Having immigrated to the United States in 1996 along with his wife Sari and four children, Rabbi Toledano has held teaching positions in Seattle, WA and Memphis, TN; as well as pulpit positions at Congregation Magen David of Beverly Hills and Ohr Letzion Congregation. His soon to be published book, “Get Married-Not Buried” focuses on Rabbi Toledano’s specialty in marriage counseling.
